Bravely's needs-based coaching philosophy is based on three principles.

Access for Everyone

Access to Bravely’s network of vetted professional coaches provides every employee with the individualized 1:1 support they need. Our coaches foster employee wellbeing and development to supercharge performance and boost engagement. When every employee has access to a coach, they are empowered to drive their own growth.

Employee-Driven

Needs-based coaching should be available when employees need it--especially in the key moments when employees are learning new skills, dealing with new situations, facing career transitions, or struggling with well-being at work.

Not everyone needs, or wants, to meet with a coach regularly, but having access when a need arises is critical.

Confidential Support

The moments when employees need support can be personal and sensitive--like admitting you are working extra long hours because you think you aren't as capable as your peers.

Being open and honest in these moments can require a degree of vulnerability that many of us aren't comfortable revealing to a manager, or HR. That's why confidentiality in the coaching relationship is key.
